Nishijima Calligraphy Paper Memo Notes, Icho

Handmade calligraphy papers bound into a notepad. It's also recommended for use as a sketchbook for calligraphy or art projects. "Icho" (Ginkgo) is a calligraphy paper with a natural color, made from unbleached hemp. The name comes from the famous "Ohatsuki Ginkgo" tree at Kamizawa-ji Temple in Minobu Town. The use of hemp gives the paper strength, and the ink spreads well, allowing for the expression of fine lines and shading. It also works well with light ink, allowing for a variety of expressions, making it suitable for creating artwork.

A plain or ruled underlay is included. 60 sheets per pad.
